Upgrading from i3 350m to i5 2450m (intel)

I have Acer aspire 5741 notebook which I am looking to upgrade to i5 2450m.
I viewed some web pages about those two CPU's but I got confused in all of them so i came to this forum. Is my Acer upgradeable to i5 2450m ?
