Upgrading my audio game (headphones)

Hey guys, I'm looking for a major upgrade of my audio game, I mainly just game (pun intended) and looking for a great headphone, I'm currently using a Sades 901, I needed something cheap back then, this headset seemed good at that time, they are okay, but I want something better, my budget is maximum 100 bucks and I have no idea where to start from.

So basically, something great for gaming (mainly) and watching movies.

I would never plug these into onboard sound cards, However if you picked up something like a SoundBlaster Z with a pair of Audio Technica M50X's they sound amazing
