Upgrading my Galaxy S Vibrant. What to get?

Hey guys,
I'm upgrading my phone, but I'm not sure which one I should get. All of these phones are from my carrier, so they'll all have bloatware. Crappy, but whatever.Here are my real options:

1. 16GB Nexus 4 for $0
2. 32GB LG Optimus G for $30
3. 32GB HTC One for $129
4. 16GB Galaxy S4 for $180

I'm sort of leaning Nexus or Optimus, but I'd love to hear your opinions on it.

P.S. I'm a student, so cheap is good, but I'm willing to pay for good value.

If you're willing to pay for good handsets, why not go for HTC One? Its fast, and got AWESOME design!! Definitely worth it.
S4 is good, but, doesn't stand out in the crowd with its boring design.

If you don't really need huge storage space, go for Nexus 4. The specs looks similar, and the vanilla OS would always be better, and faster than bloated LG one.
