Solved! upgrading my laptop

i have a Sony vaio laptop model SVE15118FN
with core i7 3612qm,8 gb of ram,and radeon hd graphic 7500/7600m .running windows 10.
i am planning to upgarde with ssd and hyperthreading ram will that be useful ?

Did you mean dual channel ram?
if so then yes, those will both be useful upgrades.
