Urgent- Shoudl I Buy Acer V3-112P ?

I am really confused by the customers' comments on Acer Aspire V3-112P (P994 -Pentium 2.16 and C2HF-Celeron 1.83). One says its perfect good speed, never slows down other say it hangs,curser disappears for no reason, big lag while typing, keypad rattles even if keyboard being used, its too slow. It is not available on display on any store in Indiana so can not check myself also they ask for 20% restocking fee if returned, many dont accept return even unless damaged.My budget is $350 and I can not find a better laptop than this one. Can someone share his /her experience as I am about to order.

Its not a bad laptop but dont expect much gaming as it has integrated Intel Graphics.
