I have a folder in AppData\Local folder named "reitskb" and I know it's part of a RAT-Based Cryptocurrency Miner that appears in my task manager as "Windows Process Manager (32 bit)" but when I attempt to delete it, I get an Access Denied error, and the Security tab of properties says I'm the folders owner, but It still wont let me delete it, I've done multiple scans both on safe mode and a regular boot.

Please Help.

(EXTRA)

Avast Premier detected it was a virus.

Solution
Have someone with an uninfected PC make you one on a USB flash drive at least 4-8 GB in size...

Scans:
Regular boot - no joy
Safe mode - no joy
Tried booting from one or more bootable AV solutions? Kaspersky, Bitdefender or similar.

This is precisely what a good backup routine is for.
