USB Booting Problem with my laptop

I have HP probook 6460b Core i3 it has option of USB boot but it is not supporting it
how to fix it ?

you might have to disable something called "fast boot" in bios so it will boot from a usb drive. also you might need to manually move the usb drive to boot before the hard drive in some cases.

i tried RUFUS, power ISO, Daemon Tools, alcohol tool, i almost done everything ...
