Question USB Headset Issue

Hello i have an issue with my new USB Headset ,, first 2 days was good , no issue. then after those days it worked only few minutes after plugged .. then it goes hot and wont work anymore .. then when i unplugged then replugging it .. it works again for few minutes then goes hot and not working .. then i unplugged then replug it s same .. only few minutes then it went hot and not working.

I need help from anyone who may know about this issue.
