USB port connection

I have a zenmobile with android system, but when I connect usb port to my laptop for transfer of file it is not getting transfer need help

Have you set the phone up as a storage device? When you plug in your USB a menu should come up asking what you want to do, select USB mass storage.

Some phones need a driver on the PC, my motorola Razr I does. maybe you could search for that if the above doesn't work

thanks a lot for your reply would try selecting mass storage, I was selecting usb tethering, but would select mass storage and check, thanks Bro..

No probs. If I am correct, USB tethering will use your mobile as an external modem.
