I have a Lenovo G500 laptop running Windows 10 with 3 USB Slots. In last few days, couple of these USB slots are not working for some reason. They are not recognizing any device that is connected to them including Pen Drive and Mouse.
When I plug in my mouse, its light do turn on, but i can't use it. Neither I can move cursor, scroll the page on click.
I tried going to device manager and uninstall the device to see if that works. But unfortunately it didn't. Any idea what should I do?
