Question Used Phone Dealers?

I'm looking for a used, unlocked, Android smartphone, but I've never bought a used phone. I'm concerned about things like remaining battery capacity and hidden damage.

Are some used dealers regarded as more reliable than others? Do they have reasonable return policies? Is there advice on what to avoid? -- jclarkw

No... Are you recommending them in particular? (There are lots of used-phone purveyors, some listed with prices at the bottom of Tom's reviews. I just don't know anything about them.) --jclarkw

Newegg is generally a very reliable source for tech. However, I tend to avoid their third party sellers, buying only things sold by Newegg.
