Used to play Mordern games smoothly.. now cant even play COD/Batman Arkham Asylum

Please help

Problem :- Decrease in gaming performance, audio and video gets stuck frequently

Hardware:-
- AMD A6 Processor 6310 1.8 GHz
- AMD Radeon R4 6310
-4GB RAM

It used to run GTA 5 smoothly at start, now it gets stuck even while playing Call of Duty MW3 and any game

Current temperature ( no games are running)
Graphics :- 40 C
Package :- 50 C

Current clock speed
CPU :- 800 MHz
Graphics :- 300 MHz
