Hello!
My laptop stopped charging a while ago; I don't have a multimeter, but I do have a continuity tester. There's no problem with the cord that plugs into the wall, but when I try to test the continuity from the leads on the brick to the plug that plugs into the laptop, I get no response. Can I take this to mean that I need a new adapter, or is there some reason my tester wouldn't give me a reading? Is the resistance too high in the brick for the tester to send a signal through?
Thank you!
