Question using tv as a monitor

i am using my hd tv as external monitor but its blurry when i use 60hz 1920x1080 but when i use 3840x2160 23hz it works fine display is clear and sharp i need help with this external tv supports 1920x1080 60hz but when i use 60hz resolution is 1080 but not sharpe and its blurred
