using usb stick for films and audio wont play

when playing films from a usb stick through my mxq box its saying audio does not have permission to play or wrong permissions,????,

Where did the films on the usb stick come from?

You may be running into a copyright protection of some sort.

And some devices only work in specified regions; i.e., country codes. Also used to limit and prevent copyright abuse.
