Got a Dell Axim with PPC 2003, and I find it difficult to remove empty
folders I once made and files that somehow remained but are not used
anymore.
Does a program exist to handle this easily?
Tks

navigate to the folder one level above the one you want to delete in
FileExplorer so that the folder you want to delete appears on your screen.
Click onto the folder you want to delete and hold. A menu pops up, click on
the delete option, and confirm the action.

Try the free PocketExplorer fron Citadel.
Just Google for it.
