validating wireless identity

Im trying to flash my wireless services but every time i put the codes in it says my account could not be validated. How do I fix this?

Flash your wireless services... what does that even mean? What codes are you talking about? Is this about WiFI or some cell phone company?

I flash my services cell phone company through sprit they gave me a code to activate my phone and that is the message im getting

Take the phone to a Sprint (I suppose that's what "sprit" means) store and they should be able to fix it.
