vds.exe being created on temp

Hello from a week ago i start noticing that my gpu is always ate 99% use using hwmonitor when i was on desktop so i open test manager and found it that i program called vds.exe is causing that i found that he create a folden on appdata local temp and i try to use adwcleaner and malwarebytes but nothing fixed so i will put the folder here on rar if someone can checkout for me please i don't know what to do anymore my OS is windows 10 64bits

ok. so virustotal.com show some anti-virus/malware software mark it as malware. Use the free version of Avast or Avira

i know that avast detects him but the problem is that i don't know what file is creating this folder with vds.exe virus so after i delete the folder or block him with avast after 1 - 3 hours he appears again on my device manager sucking all my gpu, i'm doing a full scan with avast perhaps i find in this scan who knows i will keep searching
