Vegas Pro 12 Help!

I have a video that has a ringing (not buzz or muffling) noise in the backround. I followed tons of tutorials and can not get it out. Please Help.

You will be able to get rid of some of it, but not all of it.

I just mainly want to lower it. Getting rid of it will be good but hearing it in a lets play would be bad considering there is no noise besides gameplay and voice.
