Verizon cloud old media pics is gone

Verizon changed there cloud accounts I did not pay attention and it is deleted they dated..i down loaded the cloud again and now it does not have any of my stuff on it ???

You would need to contact Verizon about it. They are the only ones with access to any deleted data.
