Very Quick Question!!!

I recently downloaded a old program and its installer is in Russian i need to translate the text but i cant highlight it so i can copy it into Google translate and i don't want to have to type it out on a virtual keyboard any recommendations?

no worries i used my phone to take a photo of it and ran it through google translate 😀
