Vicious Bootloop HELP!!!

Hey guys, hopefully you can understand my English it's my second language. Its about my laptop its having a nasty bootloop, when I press start my laptop it shows the acer logo and after a 2 or 3 minutes it will turn black then shuts down and restarts again. If anyone can help that would be great. And I have already tried pressing F8 to use the safe mode but unfortunately it did not work. My laptop is an Acer Aspire F 15. Thank you so much.

During bootup hold ALT and jam on the F10 key to see if you can bring up a recovery option. This will wipe the drive, but it seems you have lost all access to it anyways.
