Solved! [VIDEO] ASUS TUF FX705 keyboard brightness problem

Hello. I own an ASUS laptop (version TUF FX705DT).

I have an odd problem regarding the keyboard brightness. I can't adjust it and it's very low.
When I boot up my laptop, or when I enter the BIOS, the keyboard light is completely fine (strong and bright), but after it loads into Windows, the brightness is completely lost and the color of the keys can barely be seen.

update the BIOS
