with webcams on both sides, how can we have 2 location video conferencing on vpn

If you have VPN you will be basically on the same network. You can use the built-in MS program NetMeeting, or maybe Live depending on what OS you have. The webcams should also come with software for this.

You need to get the names or IPs of the computers you are connecting.
