Virus in pc

Please help some virus is attacking my pc, I can't access internet, google chrome keeps crashing and crashing, when i open nod 32 it keeps closing it, I can't start safe mode.. Anything I can do but no reset..?

I would ALWAYS recommend doing a clean installation of Windows after such a massive malware infection. If you really don't want to do so, you could try to boot from a rescue disk. There are many of those available from a lot of different AV companies. An example would be the Avira Rescue System:

On an unifected comptuer, have someone make you a live CD malware removal bootable image...

you can try a bootable Defender from MS

Bootable BitDefender, or Bootable Kaspersky......

Putting them on USB is best, much faster...let it scan entire system, remove anything they choose/find....

OTher than that, you are likely deleting partitions/reinstalling.
