Virus Not Letting Me Shutdown

for the last few days whenever i try to press the power button on my computer screen the computer freezes for a second and then nothing happens, i ahve downloaded anti malware softwares like reimage, malwarebyte and even the microsoft one but the problem still persists. Malwarebyte states that a malware named "bobbox" is present in my computer but even after many tries it cannot be removed. The virus/ malware is making my computer extremely slow and i have to press the CPU button on my case to force shutdown the computer everytime which is not good! please help ASAP

Reinstall your windows perhaps and always use an antivirus like kasperky or avast... these virus are really pain in the .......

Well i am sorry, i am not that expert when it comes to tackling computer viruses, maybe take it to some repair shop where experts know better!
and definitely yes, force shutdown is not good
