Vivo v9 picture issue

Hello when i capture pictures from camera and open it into gallery pic show just thumbnil and cannot open pictures not able to open edit or send help me out what is this

Well now in a standard gallery you usually can't edit images. You can just view them. Is this the gallery that came with the phone? A different one you downloaded? What is the name of the app (is it just gallery)?

Also, have you tried restarting (turning off and back on) the phone?
