Question Vivobook F512DA ( ICE Audio Wizard GONE and can't reinstall!)

Hey all... I just purchased a Asus Vivobook F512DA (Ryzen 7 3700U, Vega 10, 500GB SSD , Win 10 updated to version 20H2). It is preowned, and literally like new condition. Everything works amazing except the sound absolutely is weak & pathetic compared to my old Vivobook 17. Both have SonicMaster stamp but this one was factory reset where it lost ALL of the apps and software that came with it originally from factory. I have spent a full week trying realtek driver after driver, and downloading numerous setup files trying to get the IceSound Audio Wizard to install, but it fails halfway through installation every time giving error in this picture Error Message. Also sometimes it tells me can not be installed on this device NOT SUPPORTED. Does this message tell me this particular laptop never had Audio Wizard? I have completely exhausted myself trying to get it to work. Help is much appreciated from the audio experts here!!!!!! Thanks in advance, take care everyone.

Hi. Everyone has problems with AudioWizard. But you have installed the driver then you just need to install the app: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/audiowizard/9nh619c3wq7q?activetab=pivot:overviewtab

I have problems with AudioWizard and its so annyoing becuase its a such a good app and Asus does not even care about the problems.
