Solved! VM on laptops making slow

I need some technical help regarding my newly purchased laptop which performance is very slow on two VM machines. My dell Inspiron 3467 laptop came with 1Tb hdd, 4gb Ram, i5 7th gen cpu. Even on single VM, I'm not satisfied with its performance if compare with i3 laptops. Can you tell me is this laptop model is good to run machines Or this issue can be resolve surely after upgrading ram & how much up to ?
Otherwise I will plan to sale this laptop. Please suggest me.

You don't have enough RAM for VMs. You should have 4GB per VM. So with the base OS, you need 12GB RAM. You should probably have 16GB.
