I don't believe Samsung has a Galaxy 5 phone yet.
That said, if you have gmail then the gmail client should be installed, if not, get it from google play. If you use a different service search google play for that service, I am sure you'll find one. If you don't use gmail, set up a gmail account and forward your mail from your current service and use gmail client to get it.

The OP is asking about VOICE MAIL not E-mail.

Most carriers have voice mail service that is set up on the carriers end. If someone calls you but you miss the call or don't answer, they're re-routed to the carriers voice mail service.

In order to access this voice mail for yourself, and check your messages, dial your own phone number including the area code. For example here in southern Alberta, the area code is 403. So If I were to call my voice mail, I'd dial 403-555-7868, if that were my number.

A lot of phones also have a voice mail shortcut built in via speed dial, where it will automatically dial the number registered to your SIM card. All you have to do is open the phone and hold 1.
