voltage to high?

im fixing a samsung led tv with a blown led strip,there is a total of 60 leds on 4 strips and power supply gives 366 volts d- and d+ is it normal?

i found a tag on the power supply board its written : 225 volts 425 mil amps,is it because there is no load that im reading 366 volts?
