volume sign won't go down and go away

my volume sign stays on all the time, went into settings and I can't get it to go down keeps going back up on it's own my andriod cell is the first of it's kind please please someone Help me.

If it keeps going back up then it seems like the volume up button is probably stuck. See if you can get it unstuck.

I think the volume button of the mobile must be rusted as i know some things about the mobile and i do some harware works for the phone that should be the hardware problem.take it to your near by mobile shop and get fixed
