Hello,
how to i turn the volume up to its max on my netbook laptop toshiba?? any help would be greatly appreciated

Assuming you are using windows 7 (provide more info if you are not):

click start > type "volume" > click "adjust the volume level"

You should also have a small sound icon on the bottom bar that you can click to change volume.
