VPN with mobile data?

I only use mobile data for at home and I was wondering if I use a service like NordVPN, I would be able to get T-Mobile to stop throttling me and get faster speeds later into my billing cycle or would this slow down my mobile data by using a VPN? Thanks for your time.

no because your still using the carrier and they control your speed ultimately.
