Solved! Wake up vibration

Earlier when I wake up my mobile it will pop with a vibration but now it's not vibrating as earlier, what should I do 4 this?? to get it back

You would need to go into the phone's "Settings" and then "Notifications" and make sure whatever alarm you had set for this still has vibration turned on.

If you aren't referring to an alarm, then I would need more info.
