Want headphone recommendations

I want headphones for gaminig and music listening, the must cost no more than 80 dollars, is the status audio cb-1 a good deal?

The Status CB-1 sounds really good for the price but build quality is apparently not very good. I'm going off of reviews and haven't used them myself to say how bad it is though. The Philips SHP9500 is another low cost model that sounds better than the price implies.
