Hi,

If you'll be using it more on Web Designing and other high graphics applications I would go for a 950m. It won't be sharing RAM with your laptop since it's a dedicated card and performance will not be a problem.

definitely the nvidia 950m it is dedicated and has about 20 times more performance than an integrated gpu
