Want to connect exp gdc to msata port through USB

Hi guys I wanted to attach a exp gdc to my wifif adapter but unfortunately its broken so I thought that I would buy a mini pcie to msata port but wanted to ask you all before doing anything

Make and model of your laptop/SKU would help...? Can you please state(perhaps with a picture) how you've ended up with a broken wifi adapter slot?

Its a dell inspiron n5110 with Intel i5 graphics

When I opened it up I found that the pin which gets connected to the motherboard was broken the WiFi card with adapter is not broken but due to the pin being broken I can't use it

Also I thought that maybe if I could connecect a mini pcie to msata USB maybe it would work but I thought to ask you if it would work
