Want to get rid of insych20 setup utility

Although the setup screen can be quit by unplugging and removing the battery from my laptop, the setup screen is seen whenever i turn my laptop on. How to get rid of this problem?

Hi,

Is the laptop brand new and the first time to start it up? Because normally you'll get that setup utility screen when the laptop is Out of the box and once you finish that it won't ask you to do that again the next boot cycle.
