Want to replace Toshiba main board

I have a Toshiba Satellite L500D-11R laptop. The motherboard has stopped working. I will like to replace the AMD board with an Intel board. Is there any compatible Intel board for this laptop? Thanks

Laptop motherboards are proprietary. Even if that model of laptop was offered in an Intel version, the skeleton would be completely different, and it would not fit.

Hi, your L500D is for the AMD chip, look for the L500 motherboard who is for the Intel chip for a replacement.

Almost certainly not.
Laptop parts are not standardized like desktop parts are.

Thanks. Now if I have to go for AMD board, can you recommend the type that can handle graphic design because the board that came with the laptop was very poor in graphics.

With a laptop, you can only change parts that originally came with that same model line.
And even then, maybe not.

A far better solution is to sell that laptop, and buy something that meets your needs.
