Warranty on gaming laptops worth it?

I'm getting the asus g751jy for $2200. Is it worth it to get warranty for 2 year at $310, 3 years at $420, 4 years at $480 or just stick with the 1 year asus warranty?

Just stick with 1 year and repair your notebook yourself and save money. The only difficult things would be removing and re applying thermal compound if necessary and stuff like that.
