It will dry out eventually, but if it isn't turning on...you've probably smoked something.
Drying out won't fix whatever part is already cooked.

Even a tiny drip of water could cause damage to your hardware
You can wait for it to dry out. If it still doesnt work then something is going to need repair or you might even need to buy a whole new laptop
