web site on disc locked

i paid for a web site some years ago and the company suppliied ne a floppy disc that was to be used to open a compact disc with my full site on it. i have lodt the quicksite floppy disc and wonder if i can still open thew compact disc to release my old web site?

No way to answer this, depends on how it was locked. If they company that did this is out of business, you may be out of luck.
