webcam wont turn back on!! please help!!

I got to close to my camera while on hangouts video chat with my boyfriend and now i cant get my camera to come back on!!! please help me! i video chat my boyfriend and my mother all the time and i really want to get this fixed 🙁

is it enabled in device manager?
