Weird problem in power system

i have acer aspire there is a weird problem that is there is no charging and power when i put adaptor in it and lapi wont turn on but when i reinstall battery in laptop than both things work fine means laptop turn on and also start charging but when i turn off computer for some hours the problem occurs again so plz anyone help me,whats a problem and how to find and fix that..i will really thankfull to u..plz i need urgent help..

sounds like a motherboard issue, if possible, return to vendor and get new model.

laptop is out of warranty model is aspire 4720z
