Weird problem with my laptop screen

this is my laptop with a white screeen with lines all over it. I dont know whats the because it happen all of the sudden when i was doing assignment. any advice? thnks!

Why dont you try hard resetting your pc

It looks like something's gone wrong with your graphics. I'd check your driver first, but also check your wires just in case. You can look up how to open your laptop on google if you don't know how to do it.

To help us better diagnose your problem, did you install anything or make any major changes to your laptop prior to the white screen?
