Weird TV 43" LED Issue

When i turn on PC, best example will be from this case.

I turn on input HDMI 1 which is my PC, black background, black taskbar. If i start chrome/paint/wordpress anything which is completely white i get flickering horizontal line at the bottom of TV for couple minutes till doesn't warmup. Atleast i think that he needs warming up. Now if i turn off TV and turn ON again instantly everything is fine.. Only after longer breaks.

Same is for TV channels, flickering like but it's not visible on all channels due to different colours. Flickering line is always white though.

Any idea what could that be ?

Sounds like your TV is going bad. On my 50" Plasma TV I have a vertical line that never goes away because of the number of times its been moved.

I've moved it 4 or 5 times, hundreds of miles because the work I do takes me to different states and cities.

UPDATE: It is 7 years old however.

Weird, it looks like that might electricity in my house was the problem. I replaced half of the installation in my house and now it's fine. Hmm.

Poor electrical could cause distortions and noise similar to what you mentioned I would imagine. It would also be very bad for your electronics.

Problem remain unfortunately. I tried completely isolating cable from TV power supply but same thing. But today I had 2 times black screen (something like when you switch 2 times to other HDMI port) while I was gaming, so I changed from HDMI 1 to HDMI 3 (since my channels are on HDMI 2) and I didn't had problems for 6 hours ina row while I was gaming. Neither blinking neither weird white lines for a half second.

Weird.. I guess I will connect my TV provider to HDMI 1 and see is port fault or it's cable issue.

Sounds like a good test to perform. If you have the same problems try switching the cable. If another cable has the same issues then it is your port that is malfunctioning.

Hmm it's still short amount of time but funny fact is that TV (channels / reciever) is now working fine in HDMI 1 without any interrupts even when AC is working. But also on 10m hdmi cable where my PC is connected there wasn't any issue today although AC didn't work. I will know tomorow, hopefully it's just a cable.
