What amp/receiver do i need?

I have 2 giant concert speakers in my room that i want to hook up to my PC. The speakers have the old school wire clamps and I need to go from that to an amp or receiver to my PC Help! not looking to spend over $100.

probably the best way is to run an HDMI cable to an A/V receiver and then power the towers. For $100 new is probably tough. Maybe look at used receivers. That has worked for me with a 5.1 JBL system and another of my systems for 8 years.
