With my current indoor antenna CS V2 I get the following channels.

6-1 CBS / WRGB **pixeled at times**
6-2 ThisTV **pixeled at times**
6-3 WRGB Weather **pixeled at times**

10-1 ABC / WTEN
10-2 WTEN Weather
10-3 Lving Well Network
13-1 NBC / WNYT
13-2 ME-TV
13-3 WNYT Weather

14-1 Youtoo America **pixeled**
14-2 PBJ **pixeled**
14-3 TUFF TV **pixeled**
14-4 France 24 **pixeled**
14-5 REV'N **pixeled**
14-6 LATV **pixeled**
14-7 Retro TV **pixeled**
14-8 Guide Channel ? **pixeled**

15-1 AMGTV
17-1 PBS / WMHT
17-2 Create
17-3 PBS World
23-1 FOX
23-2 OTB
45-1 CW
45-2 GritTV
45-3 CBS / WRGB
51-1 MyTV 4 / WNYA
51-2 Antenna TV
55-1 ION
55-2 Qubo
55-3 ION Life
55-4 Shop
55-5 QVC
55-6 HSN

Channels 6 & 14 need to be amplified to clear up there signals. That's what I was told with a chat with AntennasDirect & Crutchfield reps. But what amplifier should I get? Do I need one $70+ or will one $30 - 40 do the job I need? Could newer coax fix this problem? Should I go with both new coax & amplifier? I'm limited to where I can move this antenna. I only need to connect one tv to it.

I've tried rotating the antenna and rescanning many times. The main problem channels are:

6-1 CBS / WRGB **pixeled at times**
6-2 ThisTV **pixeled at times**
6-3 WRGB Weather **pixeled at times**
14-1 Youtoo America **pixeled**
14-2 PBJ **pixeled**
14-3 TUFF TV **pixeled**
14-4 France 24 **pixeled**
14-5 REV'N **pixeled**
14-6 LATV **pixeled**
14-7 Retro TV **pixeled**
14-8 Guide Channel ? **pixeled**

Ch 14 wants to come in but is stubborn. When I turn the antenna one direction it gets worse, while the other it starts to clear. But it is still pixeled. :( The amplifier seems like a good bet. Besides Winegard, and other brands to look at? What cable brands should I go with?

As for Ch 6, it seems to be my red herring. I've heard it's a problem for most people. I know my antenna can find it, because it did on my 1st & 2nd scans. So the amplifier & new coax should fix that problem.
