What are all the Applications i should run when i finish my PC.

Ok so my new build will be done soon and im looking for what the first things i should be doing once i get windows 7 on the pc.

Am i supposed to run windows 7 first or is there something else i should do in the bios before that.

Please make a list of everything i should be doing when i first boot it up.

Update the BIOS if needed, go to the mobo website and get all the latest drivers there, get Win Update going, load the normal everyday type apps (a virus and a Malware program (AVG and MalwareBytes have free versions), may want to go ahead and get the Adobe Apps, like Reader, Flash, what ever apps/games you'll be using, etc
